Q: When is the earliest I can check in?
A: Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Earlier check-in depends on availability. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Express check-out is an option. You may call the Front Desk and request a later check-out time on the day of your departure. Partial room rates may apply.

SPECIAL ROOM REQUESTS
Q: Are cribs or roll-away beds available at the hotel?
A: Yes. A crib or roll-away can be arranged at the time of your reservation. There is no charge for a crib, however, there is a nominal charge per stay for a roll-away bed.

Q: How many additional guests can stay in the room?
A: In a king-bedded guest room, no more than three guests can stay in a room due to fire codes. In a double-bedded guest room, no more than four guests can stay in a room.

Q: Is it possible to have special amenities (i.e., fruit basket, etc.) sent to the room?
A: Yes, this can be arranged by contacting the hotel at 312-744-1900 and asking for Room Service.

Q: Does the hotel allow pets?
A: Yes. Only dogs under 40 lbs. are allowed.  There is no fee for your pet, however, guests must sign a damage waiver.

Q: Does the hotel allow smoking?
A: The hotel no longer allows smoking in any part of the building, including the guest rooms. Guests who choose to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas only.

Q: Is it possible to request a Sony® Playstation game system for the room?
A: Yes. There is a Sony® Playstation gaming system in every room. The fee is $6.95 per hour, plus tax.

WESTINWORKOUT®
Q: Do you have fitness facilities?
A: Yes. Our fully equipped WestinWORKOUT® facility is located on the Mezzanine Level of the hotel (2nd floor). It is open Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The hours on Saturday & Sunday are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Q: What type of fitness equipment is available?
A: The WestinWORKOUT® facility offers a licensed and certified staff, and a variety of the latest cardiovascular equipment such as Life Fitness Treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, stationary bikes, and stair climbers, Life Fitness strength training equipment, free weights, stretch mats and balance balls.

Q: Is there an admission fee to use the WestinWORKOUT®?
A: Yes. $10.00 for one day or $30.00 per week, plus tax.

Q: Are there jogging and biking paths close to the hotel?
A: Yes. The city's jogging/walking/bicycle paths are located near the hotel. Guests can pick up maps at the Health Club.

Q: What types of massages do you offer?
A: We feature Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massages. Click here for our Well-Being Massage Menu.

Q: How can I make an appointment for a massage?
A: You may phone our Health Club Specialist directly at 312-744-1900 extension 41.

Q: Does the Health Club offer personal training?
A: Personal trainers are available to assist with equipment usage, etc.
